Operating Notice

Effective date: 1 September 2026

1. Change of operation

As of 1 September 2026, MYSverse Digital Ventures (business registration 202303234965, AS0469188-M) and Tan Jun Yan no longer operate MYSverse.

This applies without exception to:

  • Legal responsibility. Neither the business nor the individual named above is a party to, or liable under, anything published on this site or arising from MYSverse activities on or after this date.
  • Operations. Neither controls, administers or directs MYSverse, its Roblox group, its experiences, its servers or its accounts.
  • Community. Neither holds any moderation, leadership or representative role in the MYSverse community.
  • Development. Neither directs or maintains development of MYSverse experiences, and neither commissions nor approves contributor work.

MYSverse Digital Ventures is no longer associated with MYSverse and should not be cited as its operator. The registration number above is repeated here only so that this notice is unambiguous about which entity has stepped away.

2. What MYSverse is now

MYSverse is a volunteer-run online community. It is not a registered business, has no legal personality, and does not trade.

MYSverse does not sell products or services and accepts no payments from the public. Purchases made inside our Roblox experiences are transactions with Roblox and are governed by Roblox's own refund policy.

3. Matters arising before this date

Anything agreed with MYSverse Digital Ventures before 1 September 2026, including developer payouts, collaborations and commercial arrangements, was agreed with that business and not with the present community.

The developer payout programme is suspended. No new payouts are being agreed or processed. See the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
